Chicken Noodle Casserole (No soup!)

followed recipe for 4 servings except:

- used 9x13 pan

- used 4 cups dried egg noodles 

- used 1.5 rotisserie chickens, may use all 2 next time 

- added more seasoning including garlic powder (made sure the “sauce” tasted well)

- swapped milk bc I was out, for one small container Siggi Greek yogurt (but kids complained of smell in kitchen but couldn’t taste it when cooked)

- used 1.5 cups monterrey jack shredded cheese and .5 cups fresh Parmesan cheese instead of 1 cup cheddar 

- will try frozen peas and carrots next time and not sauté the carrots

- used frozen chopped onions to save time 

- would like to see if this freezes well
