Delicious Spinach Dip Recipes...So Easy!

I love anything with lots of flavor and I loooove dips! Especially in the fall, when I am watching the DAWGS play football on Saturdays! Here are 2 spinach dip recipes, one is hot and one is cold. The hot dip has always been a highly requested item from my roommates over the years! They are super easy to make and always a hit!

Hot Spinach Dip: In a large microwaveable bowl combine all ingredients. One package of frozen Spinach (thaw for a little bit if you have time), 1 block of creamcheese, 1 large chopped tomato, 1 medium onion finely chopped, and 1 8oz bag of mixed cheese (I use the mexican blend with the yellow and white cheeses). Cover and microwave in 3-4 minute intervals, stirring in between. Depending on the Spinach, it takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and you are ready to go!

Cold Spinach Dip: Click for the recipe here. It is delicious and is on the back of the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Soup Mix. One of my best friends, Kristen, shared this recipe with me. This is delicious in a bread bowl!
