Chicken Pasta with White Wine Lemon Butter Sauce
Take 6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast-marinate in Ken's Italian Dressing for 1-24 hours
Poor 1/8 cup of Olive Oil in a hot pan
Bread the marinated Chicken in Italian Bread Crumbs
Cook the chicken until done and remove from pan
Add 1/4 cup of white wine (I used Yellow Tail, Chardonnay) into the pan the chicken was cooked in
Bring to a boil and stir
Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice, stir continuously until that is brought to a boil
Add a teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
Add 1/4 cup of butter, cubed and stir continuously for a couple of minutes, remove from heat
Add capers if desired or parmesan cheese
Cook spaghetti
It's simple, delicious, but yummy!
I served it with a salad. Fresh head of lettuce torn apart (so much better than the bag!), chop up one tomato, sprinkle parmesan and add Ken's Italian Dressing.
