Sausage Macaroni and Cheese

This is easy and yummy! 

8X8 Glass Dish
8oz of Macaroni
1/2 Pound of Sliced White American Cheese-We do prefer deli sliced, just make sure its normal slices and not to thin.
Frozen Breakfast Sausage-Banquet 10 Original Brown N Serve


Preheat oven to 350. Cook Macaroni until it is Al Dente. Cut Sausage into 1/2 inch slices.  I usually use 8/10 sausages, but you could definitely use all of them. Drain Pasta.  Pour 1/3 of macaroni in glass dish.

Layer with 5 cheese slices.

Pour 2/3 of the rest of the macaroni in the dish and cover the top with the 9 cheese slices evenly covering the dish edge to edge.  Sprinkle the sausage evenly on the top of the dish.

Cook for 20 minutes, broil for 2 minutes and serve!  Note: You do not want the cheese to brown too much as it will dry out the pasta.
