Buffalo Chicken Dip
Wow, this is so bad for you but so, so good. Bob and Amy brought this over on Christmas and nobody could stay away from it. Serve with the tostitos scoops! This makes a mild dip, increase hot sauce for hotter flavor.
3/4 pound shredded rotisserie chicken
1 package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch dressing
3/8 cup hot sauce
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1. Beat cream cheese, ranch dressing, and red hot sauce.
2. Fold in shredded chicken.
3. Spread mixture into pie plate sprayed with Pam.
4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
5. Add cheddar cheese to top.
6. Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Serve hot with tostito scoops
