Sweet Spaghetti Squash
1 Spaghetti Squash
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Butter
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Salt
Pepper
1. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F & line a large baking dish with aluminum foil.
2. Cut Spaghetti squash in half, lengthwise.
3. Scoop out the seeds and insides (like a pumpkin)
4. Generously spread 1/2 tbsp olive oil over the flesh each squash; lie in the prepared baking dish with the cut sides facing down.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes. Should be soft.

6. Flip the squash and put about half the butter and about half the brown sugar in each of the cavities of the squash halves. Mix/scrape together with a fork and it will turn into "spaghetti".
