4 cans black beans - drained and rinsed
1-2 cans shoe peg corn
1 chopped jalapeño
1 chopped bell pepper (green, red or yellow)
1 can rotel
3 chopped diced tomatoes
1/2 chopped onion
1 cup Italian Dressing
Chopped cilantro - optional
