Overnight Oats - PB Banana and Pumpkin Banana



  • 1/2 cup Quaker® Oats 
  • 1 cup Vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds 
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana, sliced 
  • 1/2 -1 tablespoon almond butter 
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Cooking Instructions

Add Quaker® Oats to a mason jar and pour in milk. Mix in vanilla extract, chia seeds, and cinnamon. Add layer of almond butter and of sliced banana. Drizzle with honey. Place in fridge and enjoy in the morning or a few hours later! I warm up in the microwave for 60-90 seconds.

Pumpkin Banana Version:
Add:
1/4c Pumpkin purée
1/4c pumpkin pie spice

Omit:
Almond Butter
