Easy Crockpot Corn Dip
Servings: 8-12
2 lbs frozen corn - thawed for about an hour
1.5 cups shredded mexican cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 - 12oz container pimento cheese
1/8 -1/4 cup diced mild jalapenos - more if you want spicier
1 - 8oz block of cream cheese
Tostitos Scoops
1. Chop up cream cheese into cubes
2. Add all of the ingredients to the crocpot
3. Turn on high for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
4. Serve with Tostitos Scoops!
