Chia Pudding
2 Servings (2 small plastic containers or mason jars)
In a bowl add 4 tbsp chia seeds. Add 1 cup of vanilla unsweetened almond milk. Add 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Add 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder. Add 3 stevia packets. Mix very well for 30-60 seconds. Wait 1-2 minutes and mix again for 30-60 seconds to ensure the chia seeds aren’t clumped together. Pour into 2 containers and seal. Wait at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
