The Jennifer Aniston Quinoa Salad

My edits are:
- use the herb flavored feta to add a little more flavor
- keep the pistachios separate and put them on when you eat it
- make sure you get at least 6 tbsp out of your lemons 🍋 ( I personally think you could use more but I also love lemons)
- think you could have more cucumber and onion
