Susan's Protein Granola Bars
Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups Organic Whole Raw Oats (no quick oats)
- 1/2 cup dried organic cranberries
- 1/2 cup Organic Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 cup Organic Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cup Organic Chia Seeds
- 2/3 cup Organic sunflower butter or almond butter
- 1/2-2/3 cup Honey
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan Salt
Directions:
- Mix oats, seeds and fruit
- Whisk together peanut butter, honey and salt. Then combine with dry mixture.
- Press into a baking glass. Use wax paper to press down forcing the air pockets out and allowing the ingredients to bind. Cover. Place in refrigerator overnight.
- Press down again before you cut and place into smaller squares for "to go" eating.
