Susan's Protein Granola Bars

 

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups Organic Whole Raw Oats (no quick oats)
  • 1/2 cup dried organic cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Organic Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Organic Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Organic Chia Seeds
  • 2/3 cup Organic sunflower butter or almond butter
  • 1/2-2/3 cup Honey
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan Salt
Directions:
  • Mix oats, seeds and fruit
  • Whisk together peanut butter, honey and salt. Then combine with dry mixture.
  • Press into a baking glass. Use wax paper to press down forcing the air pockets out and allowing the ingredients to bind. Cover. Place in refrigerator overnight. 
  • Press down again before you cut and place into smaller squares for "to go" eating.
